This case report presents a female patient who had undergone several courses of chemotherapy and radiation for non-small cell lung carcinoma. She presented at an outpatient clinic after developing malaise and markedly decreased exertion. Blood testing and morphological analysis revealed the presence of blasts. Subsequent immunophenotyping in the clinical flow laboratory confirmed the suspicion of acute myeloid leukaemia (AML).
